The agritourism is located on the border between Lazio and Umbria and offers quality services, its own products for sale, comfortable rooms, a restaurant area, bar, reading room, pool for guests and ample parking.

The agritourism company is surrounded by forests, olive groves and uncontaminated pastures on a small plain overlooking a landscape of rolling hills on the border between the Umbrian and Lazio hills. The agritourism was built on a farmhouse dating back to 1898 that has been restructured and enlarged while maintaining the traditional building types and materials.

All types of parties, ceremonies and meetings can be organized. There are also various air-conditioned rooms available in the agritourism: one is entirely glassed in and another has a chestnut wood ceiling and a fireplace. During the summer season it is also possible to organize outdoor banquets under the large portico surrounded by a gazebo. For weddings there are round and oval tables, beautiful linen tablecloths, elegant underplates and silver tableware. Decorations are personalized with antique objects; the menus are carefully selected and either entirely served or with a partial buffet. For their first night as a married couple, the bride and groom are offered the bridal chamber with a beautiful four-poster bed.

Rooms

The agritourism offers 9 rooms with panoramic view, some with a balcony, all furnished in the "arte povera" style with wrought iron beds (even four-poster beds). All rooms have central heat, air conditioning, TV, telephone and private bath. There are also disabled rooms available

The agritourism has restaurant service, a bar, reading room, pool for guests, ample parking and also sells their own products. Nearby there are nature paths for hiking and mountain-bike rides. You can also go hunting for mushrooms and asparagus, discovering the taste of the healthy country life, with the possibility of also directly observing the production processes used in preparing the agritourism's products.

Places to Visit

The agritourism is an ideal starting point for reaching numerous destinations in Umbria and Lazio which have much to offer on the cultural, naturalist and sporting levels. On foot, by horse or on mountain bike, you can reach the Sanctuary of SS. Annunziata with its Planetarium, the Etruscan city of Orte, the old medieval village of Amelia and the archeological zone of Penna in Teverina. About 20 km away is the city of Viterbo with the Papal Palace and Villa Lante with its splendid gardens. Also about 20 km away is the beautiful Orvieto cathedral, Civita di Bagnoregio, Bolsena Lake and the Marmore Falls.

In less than an hour by car you can reach the Etruscan areas of Tuscania and Tarquinia, Gubbio, Spoleto and Perugia. Also an hour away by car is the mystic Assisi, home of Saint Francis. Rome can also be easily reached in less than 60 minutes by car. The agritourism is only a few minutes away from Mulino Silla of Don Pierino Gelmini.
