The farmhouse is named "Casalicchio" after the feud belonging go to the present owner's family since 1816.

It is situated in the heart of Sicily, 47 Km. from the temples and from the hellenistic quarter of Agrigento, 50 km. from S. Leone beach, 87 km. from Palermo and 45 Km. from Caltanissetta.

To reach the farmhouse take the road S.S. 189 Palermo - Agrigento.

The complex, that overlooks the valley of the river Platani, is a few minutes away from the Mussomeli's medieval castle of architectural interest, and very near to the nature reserve of Mt. Cammarata, a wide incontaminated wood land area.

For it's central location, it's the ideal place to discover Sicily and have a quiet and relaxing holiday.

The buildings have recently been restored (2001) keeping the original architecture, but equipped according to the Community lows for what concerns security sistems and structures for handicapped people.

The farm produces biological goods and it is next to dairies, oilmills and wine industries of higt quality standards.

Tipical dishes are served to the customers. Vegetarian food is available on request.
