An "agriturism" at 1800 feet above sea level sited in seventeenth century hamlet of stone houses.The owners Jimmy and Concetta have finished their long adventure of a conservative restoration of the building using originals materials and respecting the original features of the building to make it become a magical place for relaxation.

From this ancient house, once a retreat for monks, dating from before 1790, we have created a refined inn with rooms. The house went through a conservative restoration and whilst providing the premeses with all modern comfort it has maintained all it's antique charm.

In the dining rooms besides the lovely breakfast with homemade jams, one may also dine most evenings. The delicious cuisine, a fixed changed daily menu, is based on home grown produce and locally procured foods, all meats are absolutely organic and also local. We have a small but excellent "cantina" with a selection of some of the best wines from the Marche region. This extabilishment is most suited for adults looking for a place to relax, to be quiet and enjoy contact with nature. Having a totally adult clientele we do not consider it suitable for children.

ifferent kinds of rooms are available, suites with two double bedrooms, ideal for two couples of friends together, as well as good sized double bedrooms for couples on their own. All rooms are tastefully furnished, have large very comfortable double beds, fly screens at all windows, central heating, ample ensuite bathrooms, some rooms have their own private external entrances.
