It was a lighting blow that forced the Draghi family to leave Siena and establish in the heart of the Crete Senesi. The object they loved is a medieval watermill, situated near the spas of Rapolano and the Serre di Rapolano village.
At guests disposal there is swimming pool, green area, outdoor childish toys, washing-machine, tv sat, wood oven, barbecue, mountain bike hire, truffles, sale of organic extra vergin olive oil, organic vegetables and fruit, guided wine tasting and the availability of Alessandro and Elisa.
In the wine cellar it is possible to participate at the tasting course made by Alessandro (AIS sommelier) or just discover the typical tastes of the territory by means of the taste of prevalently organic wines.
Every Tuesday, THursday and Friday (from 17,30 to 19,00) it is possible to have aperitif, snacks or light dinners in the wine bar.

Every tuesday afternoon a free guided (with an official AGT guide) visit of Siena is offered to the guests. At guests' disposal a weekly activity programme to discover the tastes and the colours of the clay hills region.
At the Spas of Rapolano it is possible to take all kind of treatment and to relax in the thermal swimming pools (which are open also nightly. Discounts on the entrance and on the treatments).
By request it is possible to visit the contiguous etruscan tomb 'Tumolo del Molinello'.

The hospitality is offered in 5 apartments:
1801: It is the biggest apartment (140 sqm). It comprises three double bedrooms (with possibility of an additional bed or craddle), a large living-dining room with sofa bed for one, kitchen, bathroom with shower and tub. The apartment is fully equipped (crockery, pots...) and equipped with bed, bath and table linen, independent heating and tv sat. It is situated on the second floor of the main property and from its windows there is a suggestive view of the Serre di Rapolano village as well as the Chianti Senese countryside.
1802: Its position in the heart of the medieval farm makes it more charming. It comprises a double room (with possibility of an additional cradle), living-dining room with sofa bed, cooking area, bathroom with shower. The apartment is fully equipped (crockery, pots...) and equipped with bed, bath and table linen, independent heating and tv sat.
1803: Apartment recently restored with sober elegance. It comprises a double room (with possibility of an additional cradle), living-dining room with sofa bed and fireplace, kitchen, bathroom with shower (also equipped for disabled people). The apartment is fully equipped (crockery, pots...) and equipped with bed, bath and table linen, independent heating, air conditioning and tv sat. The apartment has a large independent and fenced garden.
1804: Apartment recently restored with sober elegance. It comprises two double bedrooms (with possibility of an additional cradle), , cooking corner, living-dining room with fireplace, bathroom with shower. 1805: The apartment, recently restored, comprises two double bedrooms, two bathrooms, kitchen, green area in front of it. It is possible to rent the entire apartment or divided in one two-roomed and one room with bathroom (in this case the room is available in b&b treatment).
