Who are we?
These holiday homes are situated in the Lazio region, and are the perfect place to pass a relaxing holiday,

In the quite of a woodland setting, by the silence of the countryside, while drinking a cool beer by the swimming pool,

or just relaxing under the shade of the gazebo.

They are the ideal place to come back after a busy day in Roma which is easly accessible.

Montefosco Farm Holiday Houses, in order to satisfy our clients offers two types of accomodation:Rooms and Apartments.
Rooms:
The six elegantly decorated in Italian style double rooms, incluted mini bar, tv, air conditioned and a bathroom with power shower.

Welcome basket, breakfast, daily maid service, change of bedlinen and access to laundry room with washing machine.
Appartments:
Apartments Have a sitting room with a fireplace, sofa bed, small kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. They are all completely finished in a country rustic style whit greatings, and complete whit linen and kitchen equipement.

They are surrounded by greenery and are quite and confortable, ideal for relaxing after your gites.

The swimming pool and gazebo are available for guests to use for evening, dinner ecc.

Apartaments also include a welcome basket, fina cleaning, weekly cleaning (and daily if required ) heating and the use of washing machine for guest use.

Roma center is only 20 minutes with car.
Sutri is a medieval village with Etruscan monuments, there is an Anfitheatre of istorical importance
There are also numerous churches and sanctuaries to visit, pilgrims have stopped here through the centuries.
Five minutes away by car following the state road Trevignanese you arrive at a beautifull lake with sandly beaches
Wonderful sporting facilities at Bracciano Lake including, horse riding, windsurfing and lightweight airplanes flights.
