The complex has been recently renovated, adapting the original structure to modern needs, and is decorated with antique furniture and vintage pieces to create an inviting and welcoming atmosphere. This historical residence, built around a watch tower with dovecote in the 15th century, together with other nearby structures, was part of the defence system of the old city of Cagli, an important municipality on the old Flaminian Consular road.

The complex is surrounded by a spacious park, a pleasant garden, and an inviting swimming pool bordered by local pebbles and in perfect harmony with the surrounding riverside landscape. The park is just the place for jogging, or practising a bit of archery, it is also the perfect setting for peaceful walks along the pathways that lead to the banks of the river Bosso with its many small beaches where it is still possible to swim in limpid and invigorating water which springs from the nearby mountains.

This country complex is located in an area perfect for truffle-hunting with expert “tartufai” and their specially trained dogs with an infallible sense of smell.

Mountain bikers and hikers will find inviting trails in the nearby hills and mountains; there are trails at every level of expertise from the least challenging to those for expert athletes.
