On-site facilities include multi-lingual reception, trattoria, 21 mt x 7 mt swimming pool, satellite television-video, stereo system, all in all offering a level of authentic country luxury rarely seen in rural Tuscany.

Borgo di Vagli is part of a large Protected Area nestled among its own olive groves, fruit trees and ancient oaks, with many terraces of roughly 8,000 square meters offering privacy to read, relax or sunbathe. The panoramic views are some of the most breathtaking in Tuscany including that of Pierle Castle which dates back to the 10th century.

The Hamlet's trattoria is housed at the base of the original 14th century guard tower, serving freshly prepared traditional Tuscan fare and boasts a well stocked cellar.

There are 8 circular walks from the Hamlet ranging in length and varying difficulty.

Borgo di Vagli is only twenty minutes from the popular medieval town of Cortona, and also within easy driving distance to Florence, Perugia, Assisi, Siena and San Gimignano.
