Entering the apartment you are welcome by a large and warm open space in which a modern, fully equipped kitchen by Renzo Piano and pieces of antique furniture are perfectly combined.
The room is provided with a sunny small balcony, with a small useful storage for the washing machine, from which you can see the big Camelia tree of an inner courtyard (not belonging to the apartment), that in spring is in flower.
In restoring the apartment, the owners made good use of the height of the ceiling of the entrance hall, made of ancient wooden beams, projecting a small study space on an intermediate floor.
Dividing the living area from the bedroom, a gorgeous sitting room delights eyes with its ceiling, where a couple of swallows flies in a perfectly restored fresco, whose light colours are perfectly coupled with the antique furniture: a sofa, a single sofabed, a desk, a commode and elegant lamps.
The sitting room, thanks to the sofabed and an old style booth, can be used as a second bedroom.
The double bedroom is a sunny and elegant private space lit by two big windows.
All the ceiling of this room is decorated by a delighting fresco, whose soft colors create a soft and romantic atmosphere…
It is located on a corner between Via Galli Tassi and Via San Paolino, with a charming view on the typical local shops, where you can buy whatever kind of good and house item, and on the medieval roofs of the city centre. Thanks to its location, you can easily reach it by car to unload luggages at your arrival and then park in one of the three guarded parkings within walking distance.
