Built in the early 1800's, Casa Falerone enjoys many original features such as cotto floors, high timbered ceilings and sandy coloured brickwork.

We are very well located for exploring Southern Le Marche. Just 30 minutes from the nearest seaside resort of Porto San Giorgio with its miles of golden sands along with it's neighbouring resort of Porto Sant Elpido.

If you are looking for an active break rather than just lounging on the beach or by the pool you are just 40 minutes from the wonderful mountain walks, mountain bike trails and skiing provided by the National Park and the Sibillini mountains. This Marche National Park is recognised as being not only the largest but one of the most scenic thorughout Europe.

If you are looking to explore the regions history you are on the doorstep of some of the regions most famous historic towns,villages,churches,works of art and Roman remains. Macerata is a few miles to the North with the stunning Ascoli Piceno to the South.

Relax on the loggia overlooking the old hilltop town of Falerone or enjoy the countryside from your own private apartment patio.

Casa Falerone provides a tranquil getaway for grown ups, and for this reason is not considered suitable for children under the age of 12, allowing all our guests the opportunity to enjoy the region and the countryside.

A car is essential for your stay however we can provide a pick up and drop off service to and from either Ancona or Pescara Airports.

Although rural, the local newer town in Piana Di Falerone is around 5 minutes in the car and provides a fantastic selection of small independent shops, petrol station, bank inc cashpoint and large supermarket. A selection of restaurants and bars is also available.

We are pleased to offer our two spacious self contained apartments with their own private access. The high beamed ceilings have afforded us the opportunity to install a mezzanine (additional floor), providing an additional room for relaxing. The mezzanine also provides a double bed settee for those couples traveling with another family member or friend.

A kitchen area with fitted cabinets, extractor fan, gas hob, electric oven and fridge, dining table and chairs.

Directly off the living room is a spacious bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and large shower unit.

To the rear of the apartments a choice of either a double or twin bedrooms with bedside tables, large wardrobe and chest of draws.

Our Olivo apartment has a kingsize bed which can be split to allow for two large singe beds.

Double doors lead to a private patio area with fantastic views of the rolling Marche hills. From Spring to Autumn table, chairs and umbrellas are provided.

Between the bedroom and the bathroom,stairs lead to the mezzanine.

From May to October pool towels are provided, allowing you precious space and weight in your holiday luggage.

A welcome pack of tea, coffee and milk are provided to get you started. Information, maps, details of the area and information of the festivals and markets are provided for you.

A selection of books and DVDs and playing cards are provided.We also supply a hairdryer in the bedroom

The apartments are centrally heated and provide comfortable cosy accommodation at any time of year.

Casa Falerone is well placed for an easy 30min drive to the local coast of Porto Sant Giorgio.

One of Europes largest National Parks is just 40 minutes away along with the mountains of the Sibillini.

Falerone is itself ingulfed in history with the historic Roman amphitheatre playing host to numerous concerts on a summers evening. Visitors can also visit the onsite museum where many roman artifacts are displayed.
