Casa Jutta is 15 kilometers northeast of Lucca in the hills with wonderful views of the wooded hills, olive groves and vineyards of the surrounding area. A restored stone barn, the house is attached to a farmhouse (the owners' residence) but has an independent entrance and is peaceful and private. The property is wrapped in an extensive garden and olive grove, and has a grand swimming pool and a tiled, furnished terrace where you can dine in the fresh country air, overlooking the magnificent panoramic view. The grounds are enclosed and visitors have private parking facilities.

Casa Jutta has been carefully refurbished using local materials and traditional methods - it offers an authentic flavour of Tuscan country life. Walls are in brick and stone, and sturdy wooden ceiling beams have been left exposed. Furniture and decor are simple but stylish, a mixture of antique and newer pieces, with wood and wrought-iron complementing the rustic atmosphere.

The ground floor consists of the entrance, well-equipped kitchen (oven, dishwasher, fridge and freezer) and the living room with TV and double sofa-bed. A beautiful stone staircase leads up to the master bedroom and a second bedroom with two bunk beds. The upper floor also has a bathroom with shower and a laundry with storage and a washing machine.
