"Il Caprino" is a large stone farmhouse constructed on the top of a hill 10 km from the little town of Proceno a step from the Tuscan border.
To reach "il Caprino" it is necessary to follow a country road which passes threw numerous farm lands and estates some that are lived in all year round. In this area one can enjoy the beautiful countryside in its full the meandering river Paglia with nearby town of Castell'Azzara, Monte Amiata, the rock of Radicofani, Monte Cetona, the castle of Torre Alfina and not forgetting the vast nature reserve of Monte Rufeno.
The farmhouse has had a careful restoration and sleeps 10 people comfortably. There is also a dependance along side the farmhouse which sleeps 4 people.
Near the farmhouse an old barn houses farm equipment.
The swimming pool is situated along side the farmhouse with a large lawn separating it from a little oak wood.
At guest disposition there is also a large wood oven, a barbecue and laundry room.
Guests can enjoy the possibility of having walks in the unpolluted countryside in an area where farming is the principle activity.
