Both properties have their own external areas and driveway with communal gardens and swimming pool. The pool and garden is night lit for evening dining or a late dip with external showers. The properties can be let together or separately. Accessed by an 800 meter track you have the sense of complete peace and quiet yet a few minutes drive takes you to restaurants and some of the most beautiful towns and villages in the area. The town of Villafranca is approx 5 mins drive with a selection of shops, supermarkets, restaurants and sports centre. Bagnone, a picturesque market town offers a relaxed atmosphere where you can enjoy a drink on the piazza and watch the world go by. The motorway access about 10 minutes away at Pontremoli provides excellent access to the enchanting coast and the famous centres of Tuscany.

An air cooling system is available for the summer months and there is heating for the cooler seasons.
