Masseria Beneficio, formally the home of Italian aristocracy, has just completed a 3 year extensive restoration and renovation programme by the current owners - a local Italian family. This private development opens for the first time to provide holiday retreats in suites authentically restored to their former glory by local craftsmen who have preserved original architectural features throughout, in local stone.

Incorporating creature comforts such as air-conditioning, deep-pocket sprung mattresses, customised bathrooms and linen, flat-screen TV, Satellite, kitchen and most have private terraces; these suites combine modernity and comfort with a unique slice of history. Set in a 30 acre organic olive grove, there are only 6 suites, one of which is a 3 cone trullo which sits independently from the Masseria. The atmosphere is easy-going and relaxed with staff on-hand for those simple pleasures like a glass of prosecco by the salt water pool or to carry your picnic hamper to the Glen.
