Some years ago our grandmother Mrs Vanda Tonti had a dream: to restore the walls of Trinci (Lords of Foligno) Castle - which she did, together with creating 3 charming apartments in the nearby 15th century building that is now Residence Menotre.

The residence sits above the little village of Rasiglia where you can find all the basic amenities: a general grocery shop, post office, tobacconist and petrol station. It looks out onto the wooded hillsides and the River Menotre allowing you to relax and really take in the peace and quiet here. It is the perfect spot for long walks or taking a ride on one of the bikes provided by the residence; and for the more adventurous of you there is hiking, rock climbing and rafting. Within a few minutes you can be on the road to some of the most beautiful medieval towns in Italy - something to suit almost every taste!

Each apartment has an independent entrance and all 3 share a beautiful garden, a terrace and built-in barbecue with wood-burning oven and communal laundry room.
Mountain bikes are at guests disposal.

From the original building three charming apartments have been made: Micol, Ilaria and Corinna.

One double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, a roomy kitchen with living/dining room with satellite TV and one full-sized double sofa bed. All windows have mosquito screens.

One double bedroom, one bathroom with shower, a roomy kitchen with living/dining room with satellite TV and 2 full-sized single sofa beds. All windows have mosquito screens.

3. CORINNA (2 beds – sq m 25)
Studio apartment with kitchenette, living/dining room with satellite TV and full-sized double sofa bed, one bathroom with shower. All windows have mosquito screens.
