The terraces and garden of this townhouse have magnificent views across the rolling marchigiana countryside towards Fermo and Monte Conero. There is a jacuzzi in the garden for clients use only. Petritoli is a thriving small town with a good range of shops, restaurants, cafes, supermarkets and a bank within easy walking distance of the apartments.

The apartments are all self contained and self catering.

Apartment 1 (1 Bedroom, Sleeps 4)
Ground floor spacious apartment with large living/dining area. TV and DVD player, log burning stove for the winter months. Double sofa bed. Fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher. Access to the garden with use of the jacuzzi. Bathroom with shower, bidet, w.c. wash basin. Washing machine. Bedroom of generous size with double bed.

Apartment 2 (Studio, Sleeps 2)
First floor open plan studio apartment with fully equipped sleeping/living/kitchen area, double sofabed. TV, DVD player. Separate bathroom with shower, bidet, w.c. washbasin. Washing machine. Private terrace with magnificent views. Use of jacuzzi and garden.

Apartment 3 (2 Bedrooms, Sleeps 6)
First floor open plan fully equipped Living/dining/kitchen area with TV and DVD player, access to private terrace. Stairs to second floor.
Bedroom 1: Very large room with double bed and single bed.
Bedroom 2. Also spacious with 3 single beds.
Bathroom with shower, bidet, wc, wash basin. Washing machine. Use of Jacuzzi and garden.

Petritoli is only 20mins drive from the Adriatic coast at Pedaso, with some of the best 'blue flag' beaches in Italy. The Sibillini National Park is some 45mins car ride away where walking and hiking are plentiful. Skiing in the high Sibillini is very popular in the winter months. There are many medieval towns to explore throughout Le Marche including, Ascoli Piceno, Urbino, Macerata, Jesi, San Benedetto and Senigallia. Among the local wines to be sampled are rosso piceno, verdicchio and the magnificent vino cotto. Exploring further afield into neighbouring Umbria, Tuscany and Abruzzo is also relatively easy from Petritoli.
