Trullo Deserto consists of two houses, the original 18th century trullo that has been restored and extended, and a new, traditional style "casa pugliese", set in a 2 acre olive grove with a 6x12 private swimming pool in between.

The setting, just a few miles south of Ostuni and 15 mins drive from the sea, is quiet and relaxing, ideal for one large or two medium sized families, as each house has two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a sitting room with TV/DVD/CD and a fully fitted kitchen. In total, Trullo Deserto can accommodate up to 8 people.

It is an ideal location all year round from which to explore the Valle d'Itria (trullo country) to the north and the Salento (Lecce) to the south. Even Matera. It is also just half an hour's drive from Brindisi Airport (Ryanair) or an hour from Bari (Ryanair).

Trullo: the sitting room is under the cupola of the original trullo and is equipped with comfortable armchairs and a divan. There is a TV (not satellite) and a DVD/CD player. The kitchen is fully fitted including a microwave.
Casetta: comfortable sitting room and separate kitchen, again fully fitted.
Both houses have an outside patio for summer eating, one with a gazebo, the other with a large umbrella.
The swimming pool is for the exclusive use of our guests. We provide a detailed manual that explains all aspects of the property and how to use it to full advantage.

Trullo: one master bedroom with double bed and one small bedroom with two single beds (one pull-out). This bedroom is more suitable for children than for 2 adults.
Casetta: two identical bedrooms, one double, the other with two singles that can be combined to make a double.
All beds and mattresses are brand new. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with toilet, shower and bidet

Low season: € 900 per week
Parties of 2-4 welcome out of high season.
