Our family run country house in the unspoilt and undiscoverd Marche region of Italy, is the perfect place to relax and re-charge your batteries. As well as stunning mountain scenery, our fully licensed restaurant provides a daily changing menu of wonderful Italian produce, creatively served so you don't even have to go anywhere after a day of sightseeing.
However there are many wonderful local restaurants that we will happily recommend along with places to visit.

Exclusive Use
We also offer the possibility of exclusive use of the villa making Villa Sibillini the perfect place to treat the whole family or friends to a totally relaxing break.

We can even organise a trip to designer factories with our guide or if you’d like to sample some of the many walking trails.

All housekeeping and other domestic chores are undertaken by us, and we have drivers who will happily take you wherever you wish in our 17 seater air-conditioned pullman.

Babysitting and early teas for youngsters are also available.

We will provide the finest hospitalty, delicious meals and complete relaxation.

Our rooms are all named after some of the stunning medieval towns and places nearby - Sibillini, San Ginesio, Sarnano, Tolentino, Treia, Macerata, Fiastra and our latest addition, the luxury suite of Caldarola.

Accommodation is made up over 7 rooms - 7 double/twin . 2 rooms available with 4 beds, 3 available with 3 beds, and 1 luxury room complete with four poster and balcony. There is a lounge and dining area with bar, terrace and pool. The professional kitchen is run by us, where we will prepare and cook menus selected by you.

Our terrace overlooks the pool and spectacular Sibillini Mountains where you can watch the sun go down from one of the loungers or hammocks - our latest addition is a double hanging futon.

There are many fruit trees offering welcome shade from the mid day sun, leaving the sunworshippers to enjoy the sundecks.

If you wish we can organise a whole raft of activities that are within half and hour of the villa. There’s even the option of a Balloon ride from April to September, taking off from a field close by (weather permitting), hilltop towns, museums and churches to discover, plus plenty of local markets.

We offer bed and breakfast from €85 per room, per night and our licensed restaurant serves great food and wine.
