At Villa Toppole you will find a swimming pool of dimensions 8x16 metres, with a minumum depth of 1.20 meters and a maximum depth of 2 meters. The pool is in the garden and this one is furnished with sun beds, umbrellas, diving board, bar area with refrigerator. Waiters/Waitresses will be available for all your needs and for important events you migth celebrate. A ping pong table is also available.

INTERIORS:
GROUND FLOOR: As is typical in old farmhouses,the ground floor is formed by varios rooms divided by archways.The smoll porch leads into an elegant living roomwith sofa which separate hallway to the other rooms. A few steps lead up to the dining room with fireplace, reading room, attractive Tv room with a splendid view and a room used for meals or hobbies. This warm and luminous room leads on to a large fully equipped kitchen with a small lavatory. On this floor there are other two lavatories. All the ground floor rooms have access to the garden via French windows. On the first floor which is reached by an internal staircase in stone and tile, are the bedrooms and the suite. Every has a different colour scheme with satellite Tv, central heating thermostat, internet connection room, bathroom with shower. The suite, which can also be accessed from the loggia, has an beautiful sitting room with satellite Tv, a pretty corner fireplace and a sofa that can be transformed in a comfortable double bed. A few wooden steps lead up to a mezzanine that characterizes the suite and where there is a double bedroom and bathroom. All the bedrooms are large, luminous and cosy with furniture and well chosen colour schemes.
