Halfway between Siena and Florence close to Barberino Val d'Elsa, a very old village with medieval walls, one finds "Villa il Borraccio" surrounded by a marvellous landscape. All the windows open into the breathtaking Tuscan countryside and the view extends to the towers of S.Gimignano.
The Villa has recently been divided into three totally independent apartments (the owners live in one of them) with independent garden, parking place and entrance and has been trasfomed in a magnificent vacation residence.
An additional apartment has been made out of a nearby cottage.

Here it is possible to have baby beds, you can use a barbecue in the garden and to use a washing machine (price each Euro 3,50). All apartments have a satellite Tv and air conditioned (only two apartments).

3 Apartment:


AZALEA (6 to 7 pax): The biggest apartment, 160 m2. At ground floor there is a big and brighty living room with sofa bed and access on a private terrace/garden, big and well equipped kitchen, 1 twin bedroom, 1 big bathroom with shower. At first floor there is 1 double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with bathtube and 1 double bedroom with an added single bed with a little balcony.


BEGONIA (2 to 3 pax): Dependance of the villa, all at ground floor. Living room with sofa bed and access on a private garden, cucina e dining room, 1 double bedroom and 1 bathroom with shower.


CICLAMINO (4 pax): Living/Dining room with sofa bed, kitchen and access on a private outside space (garden). Two double bedrooms, 1 bathroom with shower.
