Villaromantica is a very beautiful villa in Massa Lubrense, the last city in the peninsula sorrentina,
the villa is in the countryside of the town far away from noises, this is the best places to get a fully relaxing holiday.

The villa has got two apartments at the ground floor available for renting this are Gelsomino and Magnolia.

The Gelsomino apartment is a 2+2 people, where we can add also an extra bed if needed.

Magnolia is a two people apartment.

Here at the villa we have got two independent apartments.


The first one is suitable for two people, while the second one can host maximum 5 people.

Both apartments are in the same building at the ground floor, but they have got independent courtyard area.


This is 60 square meters wide, it's divided in three rooms the hall-kitchen, a bedroom and a bathroom. The bedroom has got a double bed and a wardrobe in mahogany.
The hall kitchen is 30 square meter and has got a wide hob of about 3 meters, equipped with electrical oven, microwave oven, refrigerator and an iron with iron board, furthermore there are also a double divan-bed and a table in walnut, a big wardrobe in mahogany and finally a 20 inches television with free to air satellite receiver. In the bathroom there are the shower, the hair dryer and the washing machine.
The apartment is available for rent also in winter tanks to the heating system.
In front of the apartment there is a wide courtyard, about 100 square meters shadowed by a pergola, a very typical wood construction of the peninsula. The courtyard in front of the apartment is equipped with a table, chairs and two deckchairs that will allow you to relax or to have a dinner with Capri island on the background.



Magnolia is a charming one-roomed-flat of 30 square meters that can host 2 people, located at ground floor of a peaceful countryside villa.
The apartment is furnished with a double divan-bed, a walnut table and a mahogany wardrobe, furthermore there are a 15 inches television with a free to air satellite receiver and a kitchen area equipped with 4 cooker, hood, oven and refrigerator that will allow you to prepare meals as you like. In the bathroom there are shower, the hair dryer and washing machine.
The apartment is available for rent also in winter tanks to the heating system.
In front of the apartment there is a patio shadowed by a pergola, a very typical wood construction of the peninsula. The courtyard in front of the apartment is equipped with a table, chairs and a deckchair that will allow you to relax.




They both have in front of them a beautiful view on Capri island, that is few miles from our peninsula.
