Agriturismo Il Castoro” is situated on Martignano lake shores, near Rome, in the regional Park of Bracciano Martignano. The lake is among the most beautiful and appreciated lakes in Italy
You will have the chance to rent our apartments or to stay in our campsite, with tents or with your vehicle. It is possible even to have a daily stay, taking advantage of the beautiful picnic area on the lake’s shore, where a long line of poplars, with comfortable hammocks and deckchairs, complete our offer.
There is a small informal restaurant next to the lake shores, where you will appreciate our gastronomy. By the way the tables are open air, therefore the restaurant is open only during the summer. The restaurant is independent from the holiday farm, but it respects our opening and closing time.
While going for a walk between the poplars, it is common to meet our guests having a rest, or peacefully reading a book. It is possible as well to have a swim or a relaxing bath in the lake, even if we do not have guarded swimming areas, and boat rentals.
we have also a pleasent ,little campsite for tents.
It is situated in a quiet area between trees and bushes, 50 mt away from lake shores. We offer 10 tents parks, equipped with electric power, lighting, parking and independent toilets, with warm water, provided by solar power system

Prices includes the use of the apartment, gas and electricity, the entrance to our farm holiday, the access to the lake and the use of our facilities on the lake shores (picnic area, hammocks, picnic tables…etc.)the heating is not included.We don't have breakfast service.

Our apartments have a beautiful view on the lake, being only 200 mt far from it. The apartments are situated in a recently renovated hamlet and it is accessible to disabled persons. We have a maximum capacity of 12 sleeping accommodations, over two two-room flats and a one-room flat. You can rent in advance the apartments even for short periods and during July and August only for a minimum period of one week, from Saturday to Saturday.Apartments are nicely furnished and all on the ground floor; their main features include:
Small garden with a wooden table;Lovely bedroom, with queen-size bed comfortable living room with a two place sofa bed; furnished kitchenette; television;autonomous heating and cooling;bathroom (with shower).

One night stay: € 85,00 per two persons (€ 20,00 for any person added)

Longer stay (less than one week, more than one day): €75,00 for two persons (€20,00 for any person added)

July and August: price differ between € 450,00/480,00/510,00 per week (please note that minimum required stay in this period is one week).
