Recently renovated lakeside house on Monte Isola in Lake Iseo, (winner of the EU Eden prize for outstanding beauty). The island is as Italy was in the 50's, no public cars, its own park-beach and yet only 5 minutes ferry ride from the main land. The house is a perfect family location with nearby park and beach and bikes. Breath taking views of the mountains, with the sound of the waves lapping against the house.

Rooms

The house has one double, one twin bed room and a small child's room, two bathrooms, living room ( with a sofa bed for two) and a kitchen. There is also two large lakeside verendas to eat and relax.
There is the option of an additional basement apartment with a singel/double room, studio, bath-washroom.

Facilities

Fully equipped kitchen, wide-screen TV, SKY, wireless connection. 3 bycycles (one adult, 2 children's). There is also the possibility to rent a motorboat (EU or RYA licence required). Some of the finest restaurants in Lombardy both on the island and in the immediate vicinity. Francia Corta wine growing region 5 minutes away. longer ferry connections up and down the lake. Places to Visit

Brescia - 30 minutes, Milan - one hour, Bergamo (Orio al Serio) 30 minutes. Parking on the Bresia side of Lake Iseo and ferries every 20 minutes all through the night.

Rates

Starting from €899/week including initial and final cleaning, electricity gas etc.Two week stay €1699, one month - €3200. The basement flat is an additional €150/week.
