Welcome to Casal dei Fichi. We hope these pages will give you a flavour of why since our opening in 2007 50% of our guests have chosen to return, sometimes 3 or 4 times. Casal dei Fichi is a lovingly restored farmhouse with six spacious apartments offering luxury accommodation for 2 to 4 people. Each one/two bedroom apartment has been individually created, some with brick fireplaces and all feature beamed ceilings, tiled floors, and fully equipped kitchens.

Casal dei Fichi is situated midway between the Adriatic coast and the Sibline mountains, with stunning views of rolling country, hilltop towns and the mountains. The 15m decked swimming pool enjoys sunshine from sunrise to sun set and there are various garden areas where you can enjoy sunshine or shade throughout the day.

All local facilities, bars, restaurants, shops, bank are provided in the town of Francavilla d'Ete and there are several more historic towns within a 15 minute drive.

Rooms

All apartments have large living rooms with 2 comfortable sofas (some convertable to full sized double beds, TV, DVD and stereo. The kitchens are fully fitted with granite work surfaces and include hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher fridge/freezer. Bedrooms have large double or twin beds and the modern bathrooms all feature luxury showers.
Every apartment has an outside space for dining and relaxation, guests are encouraged to help themselves to fresh and fruit, herbs and vegetables from our gardens and orchard.

Facilities

Casal dei Fichi has a 15m swimming pool with full length decking and many areas to relax. Each apartment is fully centrally heated which is provided at no extra cost.

Places to Visit

40 minutes to the east are the blue flag beaches of the Adriatic with lively lidos and secluded coves, to the west the awesome Sibline mountains. The centre of Francavilla 2km away has all the facilities and an excellent restaurant. We are surrounded by historic hill top towns and close to Macerata, Fermo and Ascoli Piceno. Urbino, Assisi and Perugia are all within 2 hours.
