We were looking for a place to spend a quiet holiday, away from chaos, howling sirens,
queuing cars, away from the smog and the inhospitable people.
We were looking for a place where we could smile at our neighbours, without having to fight over a parking space:
a place where our home would continue beyond the gate.
And we were looking for the sea, the sun, the smells, the silence, the walks.
All this in order to keep being ourselves.
Our dream came true in the Eolie archipelago, in Filicudi, where we want to give those who have our same wishes, the chance to live in this unique and unforgettable atmosphere.
Our apartments will be your home.

The houses and our apartments, Eolian style, are spread around the various “contrade” surrounded by a flourishing garden full of palm trees, almond trees, pomegranate trees and other fruit trees, complete with all necessary comforts for a pleasant and relaxing stay.

All of them have a view on the sea from the typically Eolian terraces with “pulere” and “bisuoli” (colonnade covered with straw, and stone seats) or from the gardens.

For both environmental and energy saving reasons, all our lodgings have solar panels for the heating of water.

- Villa A Tana
Situated in contrada Pecorini Chiesa, it is about 200 metres from the road (where it is possible to park vehicles and scooters). It can be reached by climbing up a muletrack, which, going down towards the sea, passes by the post office.
Villa A Tana is made of seven lodgings immersed in a garden of over 300 sqm with palm trees, almond trees, pomegranate trees, arbutus trees and citrus trees.

The most picturesque apartment has been built within an old Palmento (place where wine used to be prepared).
Villa "A Tana" is situated on the Southern side of the island from where you can enjoy, on a clear day, a view of Sicily and of the impressive Mount Etna.

The transparency of the air and the absence of artificial illumination along the streets makes the sight of the night sky an enchanting spectacle to which we were not used anymore.
- Villa Liscio

Situated in contrada “Liscio” (direction Val di Chiesa) on the Eastern side of the island, it is about 300 metres from Villa La Rosa (one of the few meeting points on the whole island, and a classic for pizza).

The house has two private car parks and is immersed in a splendid garden full of almond trees, arbutus trees, ibiscus, grapes and genistas.

Villa Liscio is made of four apartments the biggest of which, the “Vigna”, boasts a wonderful panoramic terrace. The sea can be admired either from the terraces or from the flourishing garden.

On a clear day the volcano Stromboli can be admired with its characteristic puff, but also Panarea, Basiluzzo, Salina, Lipari and Vulcano.

The sunrise is a renewed and enchanting spectacle every morning.
- Villa Lunga

Situated in contrada Liscio direction Val di Chiesa, it has a private car park which is not far from the entrance.
The Villa, of a typically Eolian architecture, is complete with a stretch of land of 150 sqm.
Situated on the Eastern side of the island, Villa Lunga is made of three adjacent apartments, the sea and the sun can be admired from a shared garden.

Facilities

All our villas has a system of solar pannel and every apartments has a view (from the house or from the garden) on the sea.
Villa Liscio has also an area for parking (one private space and one in common) like Villa Lunga (in common).
We have also a bar/lounge closed to the filicudi porto with special offer for our clients
