L'ulivo, il castagno, il gelso, and l'alloro are some of the 11 flats available for guests which vary in size and can accommodate from 2 to 7 people.

Each flat is independent and has all the amenities (AC, TV, phone, safe, internet...) as well as a furnished kitchen, oven and range, fridge, fireplace and bathroom/s.

At your request, we will arrange lessons in italian language and culture (every level) and italian cooking courses.

The interiors are inspired by 1900 "Arte Povera" decor featuring artisan crafted chestnut furniture.
Linens are provided weekly and a laundry room is accessible to all guests.

Facilities

Guests have access to a pool, barbecue area and brick oven for dinner "al fresco", mountain bike trails, trekking trails in the nearby woods where you can enjoy the tranquility of the natural mediterranean scenery. The surrounding groves of over 3,000 olive trees give life to the extra virgin olive oil D.O.P. ZIRAIOLO, extracted every autumn following traditional techniques.

Rates

La Fonte di Montebuono offers a variety of accommodations. We offer flexible lodging plans that meet the needs of our guests throughout the high and off-seasons. Please contact us for a price list.

Our accommodation options are as follows:

- Rental of the entire facility to families or groups; you may select our self-catering option or our personalized catering services.

- Rental of independent flats.

- Rental of flats paired with organized activities and programs such as courses in foreign languages, arts or cuisine, cultural activities and tours, or bicycle or motorbike tours.

The rental price includes:
- Utilities (excluding heat and telephone which will be billed at the end of your stay)
- Sheets and towels (changed weekly)
- Access to all outdoor facilities (swimming pool, solarium, bikes, oven, etc.)
- Cleaning of rental after check-out

Reservations require payment of a 30% deposit. Accepted methods of payment are:
- Credit card
- Money transfer
- Non-transferable check

CANCELLATION POLICY:
15 or more days before arrival: 100% of deposit refunded
From 15 to 11 days before arrival: 50% of deposit refunded
10 or fewer days before arrival: no refund
