I am really interested in Italian law, particularly pertaining to property. The purpose of this group is for others working in the Italian property industry to discuss the new laws, old laws, their interpretation and the implications or buyers and sellers of Italian property. New visitors can get information here and old hands can thrash out the fine details between themselves and hopefully help people. Please note that everyone is welcome, not just people professionally involved in property or law. Information seekers and information givers as well as just the generally interested are welcome.

Included in these discussions can be anything about estate agents, what their rights are under Italian law (and therefore the obligations of the buyer and seller with regard to estate agents), notaries, preliminary contracts, offers, completion and anything in between.
