One suggestion, try to market into the Swiss market. In the last two years the Swiss franc has appreciated 30% against the euro. I know of a number of properties here that have recently been sold to Swiss nationals with the strength of the franc being a major factor in the decision to buy. I can't really recommend any individual agent but even in the smallest of Swiss towns you will see agents listing foreign property. In Lucerne, for example, pretty much all estate agents have foreign property on their books.
