Buying a car
I have finally plucked up courage and decided to brave Italian roads and buy a car.It will have to be a used car so can anyone help with any information on what documentation I need personally to buy and what documentation I need to take away with my car.

I think the only documention
I think the only documention you need is a residency doc and either your Carta d'Identita or a passport. Be prepared to pay cash though and also cash for the transfer of ownership procedure. If you do the transfer at one of the agencies you should be given the car's libretto and carta di circolazone docs to take with you...I think. I can't remember exactly - sorry.
