Hope everyone had a nice Christmas. Whether in UK or Italy it's nice to be able to share information with folk who have a common interest.

Following a recent derailment, does anyone know if train services have been restored along the east coast from Catanzaro. I did hear that a bus service might be operating to replace the suspended train service but if anyone has any more updated info I'd be glad to hear it.

I have checked the tren italia website and there's no mention of it, but then that's hardly surprising. Updating info is not a priority with the transport services.
