I have two dogs and three cats, three of which were 'rescued' or abandonned here in Italy. There is now another dog wanting to join us and looking for a home, a lovely natured, black dog (female I think), medium sized but I really cannot take on another animal. Can anyone tell me the procedure for reporting it and having it taken to appropriate kennels? Any advice would be most welcome!
