I have tried to make contact with any other members of the forum who have or are thinking of making a purchase on the above mentioned (double named ) development. 

We are experiencing real problems with the developer ( Corliscope)  and have after paying our 50% deposit have witnessed over 2 years of no building work, all we have to show for that is a pile of rubble and broken promises. 

Over the last few months a small but ever increasing group of purchasers have been lucky enough to have joined forces.

I am just casting a net out here hoping to make contact with anyone else who is feeling as we did when confronted with the lies and excuses from the developer.

We are now facing legal action as all friendly approaches and initial legal approaches have either been totally ignored or treated with total contempt for the client

So if you are or know of someone who has bought here please make contact the more we are the less isolated you feel
