I don't believe it could be considered blasphemous. Very strict old-fashioned Catholics may consider a bit disrespectful to use the "nicchia della Madonnina" for a different purpose, but nobody is blaspheming in the real sense of the term. I don't think that he could be prosecuted. He is trying to get a parking built at the "Mulino di Fronzola" an old mill that still has all the original machinery and stones in working order. And he believes that, when it is built, it would be a real miracle. Just a little prank. No, I do not recognize the guy. But he does have a sense of humour. Nothing wrong with that.
