hi
having just done our heating on and off over the past three years. The most important single difference we noticed was when we insulated the roof!
We now have a 12kw stove that heats the hot water and the central heating (fired by wood) Purely a guess but I reckon about 2kw of heat was going through the roof
and in summer with the sun on it all day the lack of insulation heats the house up when you want it cool.
A simple test put the back of your hand on the ceiling and see what temperature it is! Sorry haven't heard of your stove. Be cautious with the pellet fired stoves do your homework as the cost of pellets will allways be influenced by the price of its competitors ie oil and gas
cheers chris
