Talking Italian cooking for Dummies
Check out "Italian Cooking for Dummies" It is filled with great facts and recipes. I have added it to my 40 Italian cookbook collection and use it quite often.
Also check out "Italy for Dummies" it has a lot of useful info on ,of course, Italy.;)
