Posting my recipes is a way to keep an exchange happening here with all the forum members who've been so kind and helpful with information about the "nuts and bolts" of Italian life.
Once our home sells here and we get to Italy we'll hopefully be able to help others with what we learn.
In the meantime, I'll continue to post recipes. Can't wait until I can help with other things, lol!!!
