I obviously didn't move quick enough to book Torvolo. that's fully booked when we need to book.

Any other recommendations for Verona or lake Garda?

We are travelling there by train and have tickets for the Opera on one evening. Therefore we either need to stay in Verona or close by at the lake but then I guess we would need to be sure of transport back to the hotel after the opera. Any suggestions or experiences of trying to get back to the lake after the opera will be most welcome.
