Default Basilicata

I've noticed not that there are not many posts for my birthplace region, so all you holiday makers and property viewers that have discounted looking through basilicata, you are missing Italys best kept secret.

Please visit the following website for more information about this wonderful area of italy. Have a look on the left hand side of the home page at some of the short videos promoting the area. APT Basilicata: Home Page (Also in english, german and french.)

It looks like a fabulous area. I haven't been but I'd a friend from near Potenza who always raved about the place. Matera is supposed to be beautiful. Might try to make it this summer.
