Default UK/Italy GPL gas appliances - compatibility?

Can anyone advise me if a UK sourced LPG Miele gas hob can hook up readily To a GPL supply in Italy, or are there conversion/fittings issues?

I can't imagine any problems with the pipework (gas thread the same as in the UK). So long as the hob is supplied wth the jets for UK lpg (gpl) any minor differences in the gas composition should be manageable through the regulators. Do make absolutely certain (open the box!) that lpg jets are either supplied with the hob, or that the lpg jets are already fitted.

As already posted, all gas cookers, (hobs/ovens) should come with 2 sets of nozzles. They have different bores to allow the appliance to be used with either mains gas (lower pressure) or a narrower bore nozzle for bottled gas, (higher pressure)
Just make sure the right nozzle is fitted for the gas source.
When we bought our kitchen through our agent, we used to have a loud crump that rattled the whole kitchen whenever we lit the oven.
When the nozzles were checked, we found that wide bore, low pressure nozzles had been fitted on the appliance that used gas fromthe high pressure cylinder. This flooded the oven with gas and then pushing the ignition button caused the detonations that blew the roasting trays out and startled the neighbours.
