I have over 11 years experience in marketing research in Inda, Cyprus, Egypt. I also have marketing experience and 3 years experience in Strategic Partnerships in the United Nations. With this diverse experience I could ideally work in many roles but fail to find a website geared towards jobs in Italy for management positions.
Is Italian language really a must for management positions in Italy?
Yes I am resident in Italy and am married to an Italian.

Apart from the evident difficulties at the moment due to the crisis, except perhaps Roma the only places where you might find something even remotely suitable would be in the more important northern cities. From personal experience jobs from a certain level upwards are usually dealt with thru head hunters...(you know the names of these because they are the same names you'd find in london,NYC, and other countries) but these are indipendent and italian run,yes italian would be a requisite even if the position concerned international functions.(In more important positions English is not considered a qualificartion but an assumed must, you would be evalued on other qualifications, experience and qualities)you might also take a look at Corriere della sera,Italy's most important national newspaper which on Fridays shows more senior and management positions HR researchs.
the main offices of the headhunters are all in Milano, once you've got their addresses it might be worth going there AFTER contacting them to talk to them. This is not an easy route as headhunters prefer to steal people from a position to put them in another one rather than help people find a job they need! You must try and get to know someone rather important who might be able to help or direct you,put in a good word etc etc the internet is not really the place to be looking.....good luck.
