Default Learn Italian for Free if you live in the Abruzzo

Didn't want to "knock out" the present question in the Abruzzo section so posting here. There are to be FREE Italian Language Courses throughout the Abruzzo apparently. Starting in March.

Thank you Noble. I know currently the Comunes already offer free classes. My friend is attending one in Sumona.

Do you know if this is just in Abruzzo or will they be held in any other region? I wonder how one could find out? Comune websites for a start I guess.
Annie.

I don't know where you are exactly Annie, but here is the info for Le Marche

It seems you had to register by the end of February - but I really wouldn't let that bother me in the slightest.

I'll see what else I can dig up.

Thank you very much but I had not read Ghianda's post properly and sadly I would not be eligible even if I were currently in Le Marche. Just for the record, our nearest big town is Macerata.
Annie.
