JC thanks for the insight - do you know does a panel of experts get the list down to 15 or is that part of the public vote?

PS did you ask anyone for a fig roll while you were backstage?

I have not being able to listen to any of this year's contestants. I do hope that they will be better than the 2008 ones. Hubby always buys the CD and the last was a big disappointment. I think that we played it only once....

So far these three would get my vote from the first 25 or so that I've watched to date;

No2 Principe by Malamonroe.
No8 Per Un Attimo by Chiara Luppi.
No20 Come Una Giocca By Alessandra D'Angelo.

Quite a few more to listen to yet, but I can already see a certain bias developing.

Not so much as a centesimo JC. Especially seeing as how I had the UK down to win the 2008 Eurovision song contest.

My Monopoly money is on The Sunny Boys 'Respirando il mare'.

And my REAL money is on Giovani Giusti 'Passogigante'. But, I am only 25% of the way (impressive eh?) through the list.

Triacorda , tell me she is not wearing popsocks?!!?

Yup, Gaetano is down to numer 2 as I type. Growing on me this one.

Is Malamonroe's Prince working at the AutoGrill?
