Talking of 'old hippies' I believe that Mike Heron (the apotheosis of the fairy folk........of The Incredible String Band) is to play Bergamo on July 12th

Are there any free concerts happening in the piazze around Italy this summer? I remember being in Rome a few years ago and Algida sponsored a concert in Piazza del Popolo, amongst others were Alanis Morisette and Craig David. It was pretty good.

Festivalbar is an annual music event that travels to different cities in Italy during the summer. It is a free event, staged in the main piazza of the city and is very well attended - Party time! :D

The one in Naples has already happened (sorry - I forgot to post the info)
