Default Ristorante "Il Dannato"

For those of you living near Apiro and looking for "strong" experiences I suggest this restaurant. Extremely good food (especially the meat), really old location, basic service (including tables and chairs, which seem to have been bought from some local flee market!!). But lots of swearing and rudeness by the staff, which the very peculiar thing of the place (of course not going over the limit and aimed at making you laugh), and lots of drinking (they won't get you any water even if you bend on your knee and start praying). Don't be annoyed by all the singing and dancing around you, and when the "Dannato" appears dressed as a monk, well, be ready to everything.
And prices are reasonable for all the food and wine you get.
If any of you goes, let me know your opinion. Buon divertimento!!!!

Tony I think you should go and let us know how you find the experience. I went a couple of years ago and was made very welcome when I told Franco Dannato I was English. You will find it up by the water park, El Dorado, and it looks like a castle.
