Hi Angie and Robert, my cousin is the owner of the osteria but i am afraid that i live too far away to be able to see you there next week, but i envy you that you can go there, Two weeks ago i was over there on holidays for 2 months and that wasn't long enough because i miss them so much. Now i am back here in Australia hard at work. I look forward to my next trip in three years time, in the meantime i help remember my relatives by trying to cook all the recepies that they gave me. If i could ask you a favour that when you go to have lunch there, could you say hello to them especially luciana. I hope you really have a nice lunch and i hope to hear all about it.
Thanking you for listening rosa sciamanna

Lovely lunch as ever Rosa, a very hot day but we were able to sit outside in the shade with a view of the lake and the mountains. A new type of pasta for us, home made and as light as a feather, a sort of rolled tube fitted with spinach and ricotta and another with tomato sauce and what I think may have been minced chicken livers.Robert always does very well here as well, and he is vegetarian. The service is as always excellent, we left full and happy at 5pm.
Guests staying with us have also been this week, they have been coming to Italy for over 40yrs now and said it was a memorable lunch. And for them another plus was that parking and access are good for people with limited mobility.
