Le Marche Speciality.

Hello Everyone,
For anyone living in the Le Marche area. I have free range natural grown pigs living off the land. This summer I will have available some piglets for spit roasting. This is quite a speciality in the Le Marche region along with "porchetta." I can supply ready prepared or can arrange to cook myself at your house if your not entirely confident. This would be prefect for a "fiesta" large gathering or formal occasion.
Please let me know well beforehand so that I can give you dates of when the piglets will be ready. I can also supply other Italian pork recipes such as "porchetta"
Sausages both English and Italian at request.
