Talking Italian cooking for Dummies

Check out "Italian Cooking for Dummies" It is filled with great facts and recipes. I have added it to my 40 Italian cookbook collection and use it quite often.
Also check out "Italy for Dummies" it has a lot of useful info on ,of course, Italy.;)

Ahhh we got our Silver Spoon a few weeks ago... but so far haven't dared venture into the practical execution yet...

... will do soon, however, as the recipes sound very yummy... ;)

Italian Cooking for Dummies?? Haven't come across it but will keep my eyes open...

Ciao!

Iona, the "for Dummies" series are published in the US but Amazon UK possibly stock the more popular titles. They're fun, I especially like the arty ones, the sort of "Idiot's guide to Renaissance Art", something I'm very much in need of despite all the hours spent in galleries! V
