just found this thread through Google.

Booked to go to Italy in February - just love Italian food -and what happens in May? diagnosed wheat free!! No pasta, no pizza........ HELP!!

Very pleased to have found this thread - some BRILLIANT info on here for me to follow up in the next 2 weeks - thank you so much. :) :) :)

If I make any finds while we are over there I will be sure to relay them back for the benefit of others!!
