moving furniture from Zurich to Lucca

Hi Everybody
We need to take some furniture (a folding table and eight chairs) from Zurich to Lucca. Is there anybody out there who travels this route with a van and can help out. Naturally we would pay to cover costs. All help greatly appreciated
