Unhappy Needing help!

Does anyone have a direct phone number for Ikea Ancona or can someone tell me how to get through to the customer services from the uk? I keep trying the 199 11 46 46 no with various combinations of dialling codes but no joy.
I recently bought a kitchen from them and it was supposed to arrive on the 20th Nov but as yet there is no sign of it!
All advice welcome!

Have you tried contacting Anna, your online IKEA assistant?

http://193.108.42.79/ikea-it/cgi-bin/ikea-it.cgi

You have probably already done this but check your sales receipt for telephone numbers there may be a different one for delivery.

Or try ringing IKEA business Ancona on 071 460 7419, maybe they can help.

Good Luck

According to the website, that is a central number for customer services for all the Ikea stores in Italy. It's not a premium rate number, but is charged as a national rate and therefore probably only accessable within Italy. You could try "Live chat" or "Chiedi ad Anna" which can be helpful sometimes or perhaps email them.

That Anna thing is a load of - . It's computerised. Easier to contact Customer Services here through Live Chat facility on the IKEA UK website or on their UK number, and ask for the Head Office Milan or Ancona numbers. They will give them to you. Explain briefly your problem to them. I knew of someone whose kitchen bought at Roma Anagnina was delivered to the wrong address just before Christmas.

Also what company does IKEA Ancona use to deliver??? You could contact them. If it was Abruzzo, the company used is Gondrand. Traslochi e trasporti, ditta di logistica e spedizioni - Gondrand.it

PS I see Le Marche is also served by them. Goods are shipped from Parma.
