I've offered to do this for a friend who is selling up due to health problems. They have a fully furnished 5 bedroom bed and breakfast and are selling off everything, all the kit and caboodle including industrial- catering kitchen, eletrodomestici, nice furniture etc and are having an open house sale on Thursday 27 and Friday 28 November.

Wish I was in Italy to avail of the house clearance sale. Are you not worried about putting the full address on the world wide web as you could end up with people with other motives at the house . Wishing you all the best for the sale though.

Further to our email re the Van we are also looking to buy furniture etc so if there is anything left by 21st December we will be in Tuscany for a week and would be very interested in any items that have not sold whether they are house or garden items
